Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload, ingest, or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train models that compete with Dairy Vitals.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your customer data to train shared foundation models.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. New paid subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Outside that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. To cancel a paid plan, contact us; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated when possible. Enterprise plans may include a service-level agreement, negotiated separately.

The Service, including all software, design, copy, and trademarks, is owned by Dairy Vitals and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Dairy Vitals is a record-keeping tool. The dates, schedules, costs and figures it shows are worked out from what your farm enters, so they are only as accurate as those entries, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Dairy Vitals does not give veterinary, medical, accounting, tax or financial advice. Check products, doses and timing with your veterinarian, and your figures with your own advisers, before you rely on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dairy Vitals' total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk to Dairy Vitals or other users. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dairy Vitals is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
